Land Rover Fort Lauderdale - Service Center

Absolutely worst customer experience ever. We dropped off our 2021 Range Rover Sunday evening, spoke with service advisor Monday morning and approved services fee. Called Tuesday, Wednesday an We dropped off our 2021 Range Rover Sunday evening, spoke with service advisor Monday morning and approved services fee. Called Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for an update with no response and return call after being transferred over twelve times and leaving six messages. Finally escalated to the Sales person that sold us the vehicle and finally received a response only to learn that our vehicle was not serviced at all after being there the entire week (five days). Only to learn that Land Rover Fort Lauderdale would not be able to get to the 20k service until 3 weeks from now. Completely defeats the purpose of scheduling a service appointment. When I spoke to John Evanicki to express my concerns, it was essentially no regard for customer service yet alone being concerned about the customer experience. Stay away from this dealership and go to Warren Henry Land Rover North Dade for better service. Absolutely deplorable service and the worst given all the generations of Range Rovers that we’ve owned over decades. More
