2018 Discovery Sport: I made an appointment mid-October while my warranty was still active to replace the two loose vertical roof rails. 1. You need to understand the danger of having loose mid-October while my warranty was still active to replace the two loose vertical roof rails. 1. You need to understand the danger of having loose roof rails as if these fall in the middle of the road it can cause serious damage to other drivers and even a fatal accident. 2. These roof rails were replaced before in the same dealer, therefore the expectation is for these not to be loosed whatsoever. I get to my appointment, the service manager is on vacation so another lady (*apparently) ordered the parts as they were not available and made me another appointment so I could go and have them replace later on once the parts arrived. I get to that appointment and the parts are not there, The service representative (Juan Silva, which apparently stop working there after I met him), ordered the parts again and asked me to contact him within a few days to confirm the roof rails arrived and could take the vehicle for replacement service. While I try to communicate with Juan via email, he doesn’t respond, so when I call, they tell me he no longer works there and the parts are still not available for my service. I talk to service rep Jose who supposedly ordered the parts, but after a fourth or fifth try, the parts never came. I have called multiple times and chat with the service receptionist and even the parts department who told me multiple times the Service Manager would call me directly to square this with me. Guess what? Been FOUR MONTHS and the Service Manager HAVEN’T CONTACT ME AT ALL! At this point this is disrespectful and totally incompetent. Order the roof rails and replace them is not rocket science! More
My vehicle has been at the service deot 7 out of the past 8 months. The customer service has been deplorable. I am extremely disappointed and will never buy another LANDROVER even though I’ve owned 3 new LAN 8 months. The customer service has been deplorable. I have had the worst customer service in the past 4 months than I d ever had in my life!! More
Sharone was fantastic. My only issue was that my warranty did not cover my brakes. Apparently, I missed the warranty by 1,000 miles. Well later that day when driving I notice steering wheel is not centered anymore and when steering wheel is let go it drifts to the right ( and No its not the road). Emailed service writer that night explaining situation and expecting a call in morning, didn't happen. Called his direct line and left voice message explaining situation and to give call to bring in, didn't happen. Called customer service line and explained again the situation and no call backs and they said they would email him and he should respond, didn't happen. Finally reached out to salesman "Bill" and he said bring in tomorrow at 9am. Hopefully it can be corrected back to the way it came in. And yes I give permission to use this in advertising and promotional purposes. More

I scheduled a change of my tires (defender). Was given an appointment 5 days later, got there on time, 45 minutes after checking in I was notified they were wrong, they did not have the tires, h Was given an appointment 5 days later, got there on time, 45 minutes after checking in I was notified they were wrong, they did not have the tires, had to be ordered. They were ordered, with balancing, the service was around 2100 dollars. I was said the tires would be there on Wednesday, (2 days later) they would call me to see if they could be installed that same day, but likelt Thursday morning. Took Thursday off in am to be able to do that, did not receive call Wednesday, no call Thursday morning, called tirerack, they mailed the tires overnight, I had them installed in a local shop the next say in the morning, for around 1350 dollars total, including balance in one of the most reputable tire places in south florida. I was called Thursday around noon from Land Rover, the tires had arrived!! The guy who worked with me was very nice, I do not blame him at all, but this was probably my last time there. At the end I am glad this happened, I saved around 800 dollars!! More
