dealership and service have catered! This experience improved my opinion of this dealership. They were up front with time and cost expectations. They were able to provide me a courtesy vehicle in a timely fashion. My repairs were unexpected and my vehicle was towed to this dealership. I did encounter a couple of issues when the vehicle was returned to me, but Hila ensured a resolution. The worst service on so many levels. Not what anyone would expect from a "premium brand". The light kept coming on saying I was low on AC fluid, even though we kept adding the fluid. Took it Tire Choice to be looked at and they told us the water pump was leaking, and that we should take it to the dealer. We have an extended warranty. We could not make a service appointment for 10 days... so I did not drive my car. After 3 weeks at the dealer, once the manager, Charles got involved, we finally had some traction. It was always one excuse after the other. Bottom line I couldn't drive my car for a month. This is not the first time service was terrible at Land Rover Fort Lauderdale. I owned a Mazda before this car and got the best service ever... and a Lexus and a Toyota. Once Charles got involved, everything changed. But this is unacceptable. We will not be buying any car that needs to go to your dealership. We plan to purchase a Cadillac next. I am not sure if Jose was at fault. He was very nice in the end and treated us like gold. More
No one has time to take their vehicle in for service. At least it’s not one of my favorite things to do. The service advisor was very knowledgeable of what I needed done.
