I brought the car in for a full service and to diagnose why a check engine light...the car was running so poorly that I had it towed in. Alfred was my service advisor. You can't go wrong with Al, he really why a check engine light...the car was running so poorly that I had it towed in. Alfred was my service advisor. You can't go wrong with Al, he really does care about the customer sitting on the other side of the counter, as he listened to me go on and on about the poor performance of this car. Long story short...the service was done quickly but it took some time to diagnose the bad ECM (Engine Control Module) but Alfred always kept me updated regularly by phone or text and when I needed to call and ask a quick question, he always picked up the phone never once went to voicemail. He worked with my insurance and found the ECM repair was covered, he helped save me a good amount of money. So, Alfred's performance as a service advisor and as a person is at the top, I would highly recommend him to anyone and I will continue to have him as my service advisor for any future needs. I received the car washed tire shined and a full tank of gas and its running like new again, by the way, he also reserved a Jag F pace as a loaner to get me around, Thanks for everything Alfred More
Service and diagnostic for an engine check light booked in advance for 8am. I arrived on time but sadly the designated employee was tardy. 30 minutes I stood around looking like some spare part at a weddin in advance for 8am. I arrived on time but sadly the designated employee was tardy. 30 minutes I stood around looking like some spare part at a wedding before finally being seen and told it would take a week. Yes, one week for an oil change and an engine check light diagnosis – something which even Google will tell you if the car is still running fine (it was) is likely a fuel cap seal or an O2 sensor. My tardy advisor declared checking this error code by simply plugging in the reader would cost the same amount as the service again. To say I was rather displeased by now is an underestimate, and shortly after the service manager appeared. I then explained to him what I'd told my service advisor both on the phone, and in person when she finally appeared at her desk 30 minutes late, and my suspicion the cause may be a faulty DEF sensor, or an O2 sensor due to the exhaust getting water in it during the recent flooding. Imagine my surprise to then witness this woman, somewhat out of control, declaring loudly "this is the first I am hearing of this". Well, it was the third time hearing this, and her suggestion my 2018 Range Rover HSE was a wreck that my home insurance need to be informed of certainly raised an eyebrow. Who would have thought it, a Range Rover defeated by a puddle? My understanding is I could drive up Mount Kilimanjaro if I desired such is the prowess of these vehicles. Sadly it would seem not. Anyway, given all this, after one hour of nonsense, I decided to bail out and find a Land Rover dealer somewhere else. I'd rather send an extra 40 minutes driving to them that go to Land Rover Fort Lauderdale who seem utterly inept. It is not a one off either as my last time there resulted in attempted over charging and an all day wait for a service. All day. I should have heeded this experience instead of heading back for more. In conclusion, they suck. More

It was the worst service experience in my life. I was officially accused of lying. I took it to the service center because there was water coming from the roof of my car. After I took delivery of my vehicle, my back seat was in the closed position. Since I bought my car, I had never closed that seat because it was defective, and they said I came to the service. Although I do not have the video taken that day. They also deformed the back leather of my front seat. More
