Jose was very professional to deal with. Not only did he project a great image for the dealership but was knowledgeable. He knew his stuff as I made a number of enquiries. BUT the dealership, is obviously a large corporation. I made the service appointment over the phone, have been there many times over the years. When I happened to stop by in person beforehand, I noticed the large SignBoard that the dealership was moving from Fort Lauderdale to Pompano. March 21, 2 days before my appt. But he last text reminder they subsequently sent me, used the original address, so I assumed that it was simply a lack of updating all systems so went to the new location. Getting there I was told, NO, they hadn't moved yet! So I had to drive out of my way to the right place! The visit ended up being fine after that misstart, bit I wonder how many others were so incovenienced? It is a large corporation, so I can only assume that their attitude is, WHY SHOULD WE CARE. I will await there response to include it in my own on-line posting. More
My service advisor was just terrific! Kept me informed regarding the status of my car & delivered it back quite timely with everything fixed properly. I visit Land Rover / Jaguar of Fort Lauderdale any time I need work done on my car. Even though it may cost a bit more, it’s worth the piece of mind to know it’s done right. In my opinion this is the worst dealer for service I have ever been to, my Range Rover has been there for a week and still has not been looked at by a service technician, this even though I made an appointme ever been to, my Range Rover has been there for a week and still has not been looked at by a service technician, this even though I made an appointment to be serviced for a problem with the AC , don’t expect a loaner either, they say you have to wait up to 2 months, after 2 days they started paying for our a loaner (Nissan Sentra) which I still have. I will be picking up my RR fixed or not as this is a joke, I would never buy a car from this dealer and perhaps walk away from this brand with this kind of customer service. I just relocated here from Southern California needless to say this has been a terrible experience! The service coordinator said “welcome to south Florida where everyone has a Range Rover and not enough dealers to service them” really that’s your response to a customer. DO NOT BUY LAND ROVER CARBecause in South Florida they DO NOT BUY LAND ROVER CAR Because in South Florida they didn't build any reliable car service Extreme waiting time Expensive and Not Responsive DO NOT BUY LAND ROVER CAR Because in South Florida they didn't build any reliable car service Extreme waiting time Expensive and Not Responsive at all Because Service not ready to give you car service I am follow all my regular service millage and visit and took the service from then extremely over rated and expensive but I followed And 2 months ago my yellow engine light came up and I couris what happened and I visited the service and showed them they said need apointment and gave me 45 days later one of the day They didn't offer me loaner car and any other rental car solution I left my car exactly 20 days passed and no one call me no one start to fixing my car also I know end of the service probably they charge me $2000 or some similar amount but extreme slow , service area under the construction last 18 months they have very limited amount shop labor Thats why I am thinking the sell this Range Rover HSE and go through BMW or Mercedes Benz because I have experienced with them so much faster so much reasonable price also DO NOT BUY IN THE SOUTH FLORIDA RANGE ROVER Because they don't have reliable car service More
For a high end car they have low end service. The service department is the worst, trying to schedule not only for oil change, but my car that is barely a year old is leaking coolant and I got transferred al department is the worst, trying to schedule not only for oil change, but my car that is barely a year old is leaking coolant and I got transferred all over the world and back. Could not get anyone on the phone to schedule ended up scheduling online, they only had an appointment 18days out. There was not an option to request a loaner and now that I called about my appointment they claim to get a loaner I would have to re-schedule for a month out. Told her online it does not let you request one, her answer was that I should not have scheduled online that I should have spoke to a person!!! Told her I tried for 2 days and just kept getting VM and no one calling me back!!! She transferred me to my service advisor and ofcource i got a voicemail. I called back and asked for service manager got transferred back and forth 4 TIMES and and ofcource ended up at a voice mail yet again. I will NEVER buy a car from this dealership again!!! Then on their website they responded to my complaint with the main number where no one answers and no extension or person whom to ask for! That is even worse customer service and shows how little you care about customers by giving a vague answer with really no real assistance . If I could give this dealership a negative star I would. Once they make the sale they don’t care and your car is your problem not theirs even with recalls and serious problems a new car should not have. More
