Bought my 2019 Jaguar F-pace S new in November 2018. It was hit day 10 in a parking lot. Went to the dealer to be fixed for a few weeks. Was returned missing 5 jaguar lug nuts. Dealer replaced reluctantly. That was #1. Now, it is still under warranty. I have had a tab on the rear bumper which has been loose for a while. I have called, left messages and emailed. No one has called me back. Now I am back up north for the season. My last message to the dealer was that I expect this to be fixed when I return in December. Still no one responds to me. I called and said I will drop by to show someone in service and was told "they may not be able to speak with you". Bottom line: everyone is very nice while I am physically at the dealership, but other than that there is no response. I have held back on writing this kind of review for 3 years. More
