Very frustrating that it always takes more than a month to get a service appointment with Land Rover Fort Lauderdale. My other car is a Mercedes and is serviced next door, it never takes more than a week t to get a service appointment with Land Rover Fort Lauderdale. My other car is a Mercedes and is serviced next door, it never takes more than a week to get a service appointment at the Mercedes dealership and they are both owned by Auto Nation. The last time I took my car in for service at Land Rover they made me wait over an hour just to check the car in. They are the worst! Makes me sorry I bought a Land Rover instead of another Mercedes. I would give them less than one star as possible. 2022 car I was already in the shop for almost one month and needs to go back in. You have to book an appointment over two months out, I called today 9/15 and the next available spot is 11/17. Managers have no resolution or help to offer aside from telling you that you can bring in the car sooner but it won’t be looked at for at least a few weeks, and no rental will be provided because they are all out. The car has had three separate issues including not starting, stopping and shutting off while driving and several various warning signs coming on. Car is brand new with less than 10 K miles and I fully regret the purchase. More
4 year required service was more than double the price quoted on phone.. Also, LR service charged me $1050 to replace $44 SRS wire under the driver seat on a CPO vehicle purchased one year earlier. Afte quoted on phone.. Also, LR service charged me $1050 to replace $44 SRS wire under the driver seat on a CPO vehicle purchased one year earlier. Afterwards I priced both the service and the wire replacement at another LR dealer and was guaranteed pricing of $650 less for the same work. Just shows you should not always trust a dealer service dept to be honest. To top it off, this LR dealer didn't even bother to wash the vehicle after the service. Needless to say, I will not have it serviced here again. More

Our salesperson, Peter, was fantastic! He new car but Land Rover Ft. Lauderdale really stood out and made for an excellent, easy and smooth purchase. Our salesperson, Peter, was fantastic! He was extremely patient and helpful as I had a lot of questions/concerns as this would be first SUV. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely be back for our next car too! More
