My engine light went on at 93,000 mi 23 miles after I left Flatirons for service check up which they labeled as 96,000 miles. Second time they did that. When I got home I called asking for a service ap left Flatirons for service check up which they labeled as 96,000 miles. Second time they did that. When I got home I called asking for a service appointment. Best they could do was 8 weeks wait. I was beyond disappointed. I live an hour away. I was told do not drive it in. I tried to get someone in Ft. Collins to look at it but no one wants to work on Range Rovers. After 8 weeks wait I had the RR towed and it took until the next morning I received a Phone call stating it was a dirty air filter come pick it up. Gee, I was charged for this same filter in my 96,000 mile second check up. Obviously service department missed that. Now after a year and less than 800 miles driven from the 8 week service wait, the radiator is leaking. I called and was told it will be 3 weeks for an appointment and 3 days for them to diagnose the issue. It is like dealing with people who have no idea about cars. Awful Awful dealership. More
Waited 2 1/2 weeks for a service appointment with a loaner. Drove an hour to get there and when I pulled up, I’m told there is no loaner. We can reschedule you for another time….
