First, I got my vehicle with dead key fob batteries and a broken cargo cover holder. The business manager Roy was very impatient, unresponsive to my questions and attempted to add charges to my sale that I broken cargo cover holder. Additionally, my title work was not submitted in a timely fashion and no one at the dealership thought to make sure my temporary registration was extended… I had to do it myself! I expected much, much better service from a Jaguar Land Rover dealership… More
