I have a 2005 LR3. I have taken it there for the past 10 plus years. I called service Saturday to get a quote on having the coolant flushed and replaced. The lady said her computer locked up and she would give me a call back. Monday I got a call from another lady telling me that they don’t work on cars older than 10 years old due to Covid making parts so hard to get. I have never had an issue with Land Rover before. I asked her if she knew how snotty that made her sound. She was totally clueless. I can’t believe Rick condones this. More
I could not say enough good things about our experience all the way through. I usually dread buying a vehicle, but Greg Davis at Land Rover of Charlotte made this buying experience quite the opposite. Gr all the way through. I usually dread buying a vehicle, but Greg Davis at Land Rover of Charlotte made this buying experience quite the opposite. Greg helped us through the entire process (ordering our vehicle to driving away) and his communication was impeccable. He set reasonable expectations and was always available. Upon our first in person encounter to drive the demo vehicle, Greg was down to earth, genuine and friendly. On top of that, he was very knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through the vehicle to make sure we were comfortable. We were never rushed. As we got closer to the delivery date, we were updated frequently. At the end of the process, we had a few bumps with logistics but Greg went way further than ever what was expected to make sure we were taken care of. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, the process was quite easy and honestly a relief. Constantine was a pleasure to deal with from a financial perspective. Our paperwork was given to us on a USB drive and those small efficiencies made a really big difference. Sam helped us walk through the car. Such a nice and notable difference than past experiences we have had. I also appreciated that they noted several times about being there for us post pick up. The facility was very nice, clean and a well thought out space. As I mentioned earlier, I dread the dealership experience. I was especially hesitant how our experience might be at a luxury dealership. There have been times where we have went to other luxury dealerships and have not been acknowledged at all. I had the opposite experience here. While I didn't expect all that, it was a nice surprise. Thank you, sincerely, for the excellent care and the chocolate muffin. More
