No major issues, our sales person Ricky was great. I would however recommend that the finance office review their procedures for processing bank issued checks (not a personal check) and requiring a "h I would however recommend that the finance office review their procedures for processing bank issued checks (not a personal check) and requiring a "hold contract" until check clears, this requires the customer to complete a finance application which results in an additional hard credit check, which may affect the customer's credit. Not acceptable regardless of the dealership policy. More

Preface: NEVER bought a car from this dealership, have only used service. Recently needed new tires and bought my own elsewhere and shipped them to dealership. No miss no fuss. No upselling because BJ the only used service. Recently needed new tires and bought my own elsewhere and shipped them to dealership. No miss no fuss. No upselling because BJ the service advisor is honest and awesome. Only paid for install and alignment. Done in one day. BJ gets 105 stars. I was supposed to have a loaner and the loaner outfit, EVPM, admitted that even though BJ did his part to reserve a car for me, they screwed up and didn’t reserve one. I live a long way away from the dealership but BJ innovated and worked out transportation. The loaner people SUCK, but BJ, as usual, saved the day More
