The people you employ were amazing to work with and took excellent care of me. However, I was quite dismayed at the service charge for using a credit card to pay for my service costs. I'm not sure if it's because Shottenkirk is not typically a high-end dealer, and so this kind of treatment is commonplace at their other dealerships, but that is definitely unexpected when I am paying the high cost of a luxury vehicle service department.
