I drove in at 7:30 when they opened. Trying to leave town. I told them that but my car was saying low battery thought I should play it safe. 45 mins later they say they need to unload my Trying to leave town. Told them they replaced the battery last year. Under warranty. Took them 2.5 hrs to replace my battery. Ugh. Nothing ever happens quick. There. Still no service manager there More

Tried to sell me on financing including things like nitrogen tire inflation that was initially disguised as a $2500 loyalty discount. Turned out it was going to add nearly $7000 to the financed amount. Kept saying I could pay off early and avoid the over $20000 in finance charges at >8% for 6 or more years. Without knowing if there was an amortization schedule in the fine print, I was not buying it. Had to say “just sell me the car” SEVERAL times to their ‘finance person’ and threatened to walk several times. Only my happiness with the service at this dealership and Service Manager Frank Banda kept me from doing so. More
