I recently took my car to a Land Rover dealership for repairs on two issues. Expecting a high standard of service, I was extremely disappointed with the experience. I received no updates on the status of my car, and whenever I called, no one seemed to have any information. The situation worsened when I learned that the person assigned as my contact no longer worked there, and to my surprise, my car had been ready for days without my knowledge. Upon arrival to collect my car, the confusion continued. No one at the dealership seemed to know who had worked on my car or what specific services had been performed. Although my car’s initial problems appear to have been resolved, the entire process was handled unprofessionally, with a glaring lack of communication. This experience was thoroughly disappointing and completely unexpected from a luxury brand like Land Rover, known for its high standards. We purchased a truck on Friday, and we we there all day. We had to come back on Saturday and arrived at 10:30am for our 11:00am appointment. The truck wasn't ready. While waiting, we decided to move forward on a trade-in of our Jaguar F Pace for a new Land Rover Defender. We made this decision by 11:00am. We did not get seen by the finance manager until 5pm. Purchasing two cars in less than 24 hours, I expected to get faster service and attention. We had our toddler with us, and the experience was exhausting for all of us. We didn't get to leave for lunch nor did anyone offer to go get us a lunch. Neal got a slice of pizza from upstairs for our daughter. The GM never spoke to us, never checked in with us, and even thr finance manager didn't seem to mind that we were there all day waiting. Neal was amazing and if it wasn't for his great customer service, we would have walked out without purchasing the new defender. Overall, I wasn't impressed with the customer service offered by management and didn't appreciate being there two full days for both purchases. More
