On the 10th of June I drove to the service center because the air conditioning was not working. I arrived 15 minutes before the service center closed for the day. I was told there were no techs and to come the air conditioning was not working. I arrived 15 minutes before the service center closed for the day. I was told there were no techs and to come early on Monday. Samer Hilmy, came to the service center and went into problem solving mode. As he went to find someone to assist, Gaby Lima appeared and ask if she could assist. I told her about the air conditioner and she simply said "Let me take a look". Gaby came out adjusted some knobs and explained some possibilities for this issue and next steps. Her thoughtfulness to assist me at the end of her days is greatly appreciated.
