I have so much more than 15 words to say to describe my horrible experience. I dropped my car off with an appointed on a Tuesday and didn’t get it back for over a week. I got excuses for being understaffed but no attention to detail or follow up. For the better part of a week I had to call and ask for the status of my car, with no one ever calling me back. Despite numerous promises to call, escalate via email and the assurance that someone would get back to me, no one ever did. It was so bad that I eventually went to the dealership just to physically place eyes on my car. Only to find out that on that Saturday (4 days later), the car had yet to be diagnosed by a technician. I was assured it would be seen by a tech on Monday.,Still not a single update initiated by the dealership. I received the car Wednesday evening more than a week later. I had to recently get my I-Pace towed to this dealership as it died on the road. The service I received here was excellent. My service advisor Jose was courteous and professional and set expectations about as it died on the road. The service I received here was excellent. I received constant updates about the status of my vehicle and there was zero pressure to purchase the additional service items they recommended. The only "issue" was that there was no loaner available even though my car was still under warranty so I was out of a vehicle for over a week which was a bit of a pain as we are a single vehicle family.
