Unfortunately my husband had to return from an appointment because they were not able to service him (warranty) on a Saturday because they did'nt call the warranty company during the week to verif appointment because they were not able to service him (warranty) on a Saturday because they did'nt call the warranty company during the week to verify the coverage. I have so much more than 15 words to say to describe my horrible experience. I dropped my car off with an appointed on a Tuesday and didn’t get it back for over a week. I got excuses for being understaffed but no attention to detail or follow up. For the better part of a week I had to call and ask for the status of my car, with no one ever calling me back. Despite numerous promises to call, escalate via email and the assurance that someone would get back to me, no one ever did. It was so bad that I eventually went to the dealership just to physically place eyes on my car. Only to find out that on that Saturday (4 days later), the car had yet to be diagnosed by a technician. I was assured it would be seen by a tech on Monday.,Still not a single update initiated by the dealership. I received the car Wednesday evening more than a week later. The only explanation, we’re understaffed and there are cars that have been here longer than yours. More

Last week, I was really in a bind. I popped my front right tire on my way to DC from Bethesda. It was pouring rain as well which never helps. I had my car back with a brand new tire and proper alignment in just 2 days! More
