miserable service under Autonation ownership Bought and had my car serviced at Jaguar Bethesda for years. But new owner, AutoNation, doesn't have basic diagnostic tools. AND they didn't tell me Bought and had my car serviced at Jaguar Bethesda for years. But new owner, AutoNation, doesn't have basic diagnostic tools. AND they didn't tell me that when I dropped my car off and asked. They had my car for over 30 hours, and couldn't figure out why the check engine light was on until I said I was collecting my car. Then not 5 minutes later, there was a diagnosis with a price tag of $910. Never again. More
