Cheryl Stewart I walked in just to pick up my car. Then I realized I never set up the remote start. I stopped an associate to assist me with this need. Everyone seemed to be occupied on their phones talking football stats. A gentleman started to help me, but then got frustrated and dropped me off with Cheryl. She stepped in and was extremely helpful. She was friendly, kind, service oriented, and dedicated to changing my experience. She is great with remote set up. She is one to keep on the team. Felt they could have communicated a little more and sooner. Also they did not wash the vehicle and left the doors covered in finger prints and smudges. I did have a great experience with Cheryl Stewart who helped me setup my Land Rover App and explain how to use it. Made sure I was comfortable before she would let me leave! More
