I tried relying on the Range Rover owner's manual/online videos to figure most things out on my own (which I usually can do) but it was a complete failure to the point that I was wondering why we even bought the car other than its looks. I decided to just walk into the dealership and ask for help (even though we bought the car out-of-state). Cheryl, with a big smile, patiently walked me through the various operations in my car and highlighted things I never would have discovered on my own. Another big plus was the fact that she didn't make me feel like a complete idiot for not knowing how half the things in my brand new car worked:). More

I leased a Discovery at closing time in late April (pandemic pandemonium). All i wanted to do was leave. Well, I left without having anything set up and not knowing how to use the bells and whistles. I returned to the dealership today after my car was serviced and popped into her office as she was about to depart. With a smile she sat down and walked me thru everything. And then again bc I still couldn't get things rolling with the LandRoverRemote. She is wonderful, patient, professional, and persistent. More
