I was at the Bethesda Dealership today for info on their pre-paid maintenance plan (not for service). This was after approx. 4 weeks of numerous calls, txt messages, voicemails, and even a previous physica pre-paid maintenance plan (not for service). This was after approx. 4 weeks of numerous calls, txt messages, voicemails, and even a previous physical visit, all to get info on a package they offer. Needless to say, as I drove out there AGAIN for info that could have easily been relayed over the phone, I was beyond frustrated and had to pray in my car before walking in. At that point, I had been ghosted repeatedly by the department; I decided I was going to speak face-to-face with someone, even if it meant me taking precious time off from work. And God answered my prayers with an angel, Ms. Cheryl, who sensed my energy and immediately did what people who care about customer service do: Attend to the customer! These vehicles are not cheap, for crying out loud. One would think decent customer attention would be intuitive, but doesn't seem to be in the DNA of this dealership. They suck, honestly! I still do not think they deserve any star. Ms. Cheryl does. She went over and beyond to ensure I was attended to. She saved the day. Thank you Cheryl. I would rather not go back to the Bethesda shop for service. Who wants to go to a place where they are treated badly. More
I bought a 2021 Velar from this dealership in April. The sales process was amazing, and so was Ernest . The team is great! Through no fault of their own, the Velar needed a new alternator at about 1,300 miles. Since it was getting replaced in Tennessee and I was going to be out of a vehicle, Cheryl Stewart made sure I could use one of their loaners for over a week. I got the car back from Tennessee and 36 miles later it broke down again. Again, Cheryl had a loaner ready for me while they diagnosed the issue. It was about a week, but the service department went above and beyond to test drive it to ease my fears of it breaking down again. Since I am about 40 miles from the dealership Cheryl once again worked with the Service Department Manager Phillip and had my car delivered to me at work and the loaner picked up by a professional and courteous representative from the service department. The Velar came back to me washed AND with a full tank of gas. Cheryl made sure I was aware of the situation every step of the way and I was confident that the issue would be resolved with as little inconvenience to me as possible. More

The only saving grace is Samantha.Samantha is the best! She wasn't intimidating or hovering. She did everything she could to get us the vehicle that was right for us. I was even asked to choose another vehicle just so another couple could purchase the one I just bought because they decided now they wanted it. I vowed to never set foot back there until meeting Cheryl. Cheryl and Samantha are diamonds in rough. The rest of our experience was shocking to everyone I would refer them to. I'm only giving these stars because these ladies deserve it. More
