There was even a follow up email thanking me for my business. I wish my car needed an oil change more often than 21,000 miles so I could visit the dealership sooner than 2025. Thank you! More

Service and the scheduling was good, however the dealer rep was unable to provide me with a loaner vehicle due to vehicle unavailability, although he did arranged rides for me get to my office. I don't even know where to begin of how Ms. Cheryl Stewart made me feel today when I came to inquire about my car. It all started this morning at about a little after 10am when I drop my car be Cheryl Stewart made me feel today when I came to inquire about my car. It all started this morning at about a little after 10am when I drop my car because it was having coolant problem. The two people at the desk was great. When I didn't get a call about my car,I decided to drive to the dealership for an update. I got to the dealership at exactly 5:58pm,while they were closing I ran into Ms. Cheryl and told her my concerns and how I was waiting to hear from the dealership so I can plan how I was going to head back home to Delaware. Ms cheryl went above and beyond to make sure that I left there happy even though they were closed for the day. She went back to see if the technician was still there to give her update, and to our surprise, Jeff was still there. Jeff insured her that he will finish everything with the car and I will be able to drive home. He even apologized to me that they won't be able to give my car a wash because the people that did the washing had left for day. Wow,you just can't get any better service like this anymore. Ms. Cheryl then came back to me and related all this to me with a smile and a genuine care and told me Jeff will have it done by 7:15pm. That's over an hour of them closing, and these two individuals was able to help me and make sure I left happy. Ms. Cheryl, thanks for ending my day with grace,a day that I thought started from xxxx,you reassured me there's still people out there with an amazing customer service. I will be stopping bye again whenever I am in the area to get a glimpse of that smiles and laughter that we share. Enjoy the rest of your end. More

Cheryl was FANTASTIC, her people skills are superior, her overall demeanor was the most beautiful client relations interaction I have had in a while, and her eagerness to help me was unparalleled. Cheryl was on the phone with me about 45 minutes, she could have easily told me anything to get me off the phone, BUT she did not. Cheryl was patient with me, and she did not let me go until the app synchronization was done right. Cheryl never made me feel like a burden, on the contrary, she made me feel taken care of and that I was in good hands. I am wholeheartedly thankful for her wonderful spirit. Amanda in Bethesda Land Rover Jaguar Parts Department is an outstanding parts clerk. Each time I called which included Saturdays starting the week of July 28, 2022 aafter my 2009 Jag XJ8 was chopped up by a an outstanding parts clerk. Each time I called which included Saturdays starting the week of July 28, 2022 aafter my 2009 Jag XJ8 was chopped up by a non-Jaguar dealerdhip that advertised a British auto care specialist for Engine Light issues. . I was distraught and I called Jaguar Parts Department each time I discovered a part was chopped and left with a damaged changeling in its place. Amanda provided Excellent Customer Care in providing the correct part numbers from the driver shifter console, the 5 19inch alloy wheels, my exterior right lamp the required a$300 or so part, 5 tire sensors to the $31.52 lug nut wrench. Amanda's tone was always pleasant, considered and never put off or bothered. Kudos to Amanda and thank you Bethesda Land Rover Jaguar for such an outstandingly professional and exemplary, employee Sincerely Tharyll Pretlow. More
