Type of Service: Recall for the Gasoline Fuel Tank Flange Assembly. Everything went very well until, following the completion of the service, I had a problem with with my fuel gauge which would not read ful Assembly. Everything went very well until, following the completion of the service, I had a problem with with my fuel gauge which would not read full but only 3/4 when I refilled the tank. I called, explaining the problem, to the service technician the next morning who then told me that he would call me back. It then took 2-1/2 hours before I spoke to him again. He did not call me, I had to called him. He then asked me to bring the vehicle back in to diagnose the problem. After the purchase of a vehicle, the service technician is the face of the dealership. Kamal was very courteous and attentive up to the point where he did not promptly provide a return call, if not just to say he is working on a solution. That I should have to call him after 2 hours is unacceptable. Going forward, please accept this criticism constructively so as to improve customer communications in the service department. More

I love them, and Kamal is hands down the best service advisor I have ever worked with in the 35 years I have been driving. He is thoughtful, helpful, kind, and patient. Had to bring my Jaguar back into the dealership to have some diagnostics run and services performed. Just let me say that Cheryl Stewart is one of the best Customer Service Managers that I have EVER come a some diagnostics run and services performed. Just let me say that Cheryl Stewart is one of the best Customer Service Managers that I have EVER come across! She kept in constant touch with me the entire time while my car was being serviced and even after my car was completed. In terms of my Service Advisor, Crystal Vanderpuije is top notched! She gave OUTSTANDING and excellent customer service keeping me apprised every step of my vehicles services including follow-up calls as well! Together, Crystal and Cheryl are an excellent team at LandRover Bethesda! More
