I went to my friend's dealer; however, after multiple trips, I did not purchase from the dealer, as I was not pleased with the dealer's negotiation tactics. When I told my friend about this, he immediately referred me to Gian Bojanovich, from whom he had previously purchased Range Rovers and who he thought of very highly. I called Gian, and he provided exceptional customer service. Gian made purchasing my new Range Rover seamless. More importantly, he was very professional in dealing with me on the purchase. I also worked with Nick in Financing, who was great as well. After purchasing my new Range Rover, I needed to tie up loose ends, and Gian was always responsive. He always followed up immediately and made sure that I got everything I needed. In addition, I want to commend Amanda, the Sales Manager, who also followed up a number of times with me. Like my best friend, if I were to purchase another vehicle in the future, we will reach out to Gian first. We highly recommend Gian, as he respects your time and works with you to get a great car. First person I met was Alton, who was very attentive but too busy to help me at the time. He, however, went out of his way to find help for me. Then out comes Don... Courteous and friendly and very helpful without being too pushy for a sale. So, the first visit is done... Success, so far! I went back and actually did a test drive in the Range Rover Sport that I had my eyes on. So, here's the real kick-off... And her name is Cheryl. Simply put, Cheryl is awesome!... Helpful, friendly , and down to earth. Every business needs someone like Cheryl... Believe me! Then paperwork begins with Don and Arbie. Everything went smoothly... Don and Arbie remained very attentive to my car buying wants and needs. I finalized the deal and was finally in a RRS of my choosing. I was also introduced to others at the dealership whose names I cannot remember, but were equally as nice. One person to mention is the young lady who put together all of the final paperwork. Misrepresentation I was not surprised when I saw a similar complaint to mine. Salesman took my deposit and was to hold the vehicle until I arrived from the west coast. In the meantime the dealership sold the car without informing me nor did they refund the deposit! I have had to make numerous calls in the meantime to try and resolve the problem. When I finally threatened legal action (something I normally abhor), the salesman Augie Borges stated "I look forward to it"! I have never seen anything like it.
