Released Private Information to another dealer Even though I decided on a Mercedes. Land Rover of Bethesda did this: On December 30, 2017 I agreed to a deal to purchase a GLE 43 from Mercedes Benz Even though I decided on a Mercedes. Land Rover of Bethesda did this: On December 30, 2017 I agreed to a deal to purchase a GLE 43 from Mercedes Benz of Hunt Valley ( Deal w/email confirmation attached). Bryan Stack, the salesman confirmed the deal by email, phone, and verbally in person. All of this was done multiple times. After arriving to pick up the car on January 1, 2018 the agreed upon day Mr. Stack even confirmed the deal again verbally, at his desk with the value of my trade of $45,000. After walking around the car we again went back to Mr. Stack's desk. At this time he said everything is a go, and he will bring back the final paperwork. About 20 min later he came and said the Land Rover Bethesda Dealership offered less on my trade, and that was the value they would use, instead of my agreed upon value. Land Rover is a different manufacturer with a different license and address. They illegally shared my private information. I never physically visited the Land Rover Bethesda Dealership and they did not see, inspect or drive the car. Mercedes and Land Rover did not protect my privacy. More

Came all the way from Virginia to this Dealership! worth it I loved my experience with everyone at this dealership! This is how car buying should be, I met with 2 different dealerships in VA and I had a bad experience with both, Not sure why its difficult for people to grasp a simple concept of customer service. I made a quick call to This dealership and from the first conversation I was hooked. I drove 1 hour to get there and thank goodness I did! Really loving the car and they worked with me to come up with the best price as well. The finance department was also very easy to talk to which made everything come together nicely! We were even assigned an Encore specialist who was awesome and came all the way to our house to make sure we knew everything that we needed to know about our new car! = Cherry on top! highly recommend this dealership! After making the decision to purchase a vehicle like this, I needed help deciding which trim level was right for me. Engine choices, interior choices and extra options made this whole process an adventure. After deciding what was most important (kind of ranking things), it became clear that the best choice was the HSE Dynamic trim level. The sales staff at Bethesda were great to work with from the first time I walked into the dealership, to driving off the lot in my new vehicle. Alton and then David were extremely helpful with pointing out the functions in the vehicle and helping to get things together. The management team I worked with Amanda and Mitch, were also extremely patient and helpful - finalizing numbers and all the get out the door details (of which there are always many). In their minds this was not enough, so they had Cheryl set up an appointment to come to my house and go over the vehicle again. There were a lot of things I wanted to do but could not figure out how they worked. Diving into the owner's manual helped with many of the questions, but Cheryl was GREAT!!! She went over everything I wanted to discuss, and then showed me a bunch of other things I did not even think about. I am sure that I will still come up with questions over time, but I also have no doubt that Cheryl and Betheda Range Rover will be there to support me. Unprofessional behavior from salesperson. I was interested in buying a used car from this dealership. An appointment was made to sit down and talk about the car on a Saturday. However, a snow I was interested in buying a used car from this dealership. An appointment was made to sit down and talk about the car on a Saturday. However, a snow storm arose and I was unable to make the appointment. Of course, I reached out to David (my sales person) via text message an hour before my appointment, letting him know I couldn't make it. Apparently the number I texted him back with was a landline (this was the phone number he used to reach out to me previously). Hours after the appointment, I get a call from David. He says he never got my text because it was his landline. He goes on to say that my response to him was "appalling" and that I should have reached out to him earlier that I couldn't make the appointment and he hung up on me. After that, I honestly lost interest in buying a car from there. To make matters worse, he reaches out to my boss at my workplace notifying him of what happened. That I couldn't make my appointment...during a snow storm. More
