Cheryl did a fantastic job familiarizing us with the our car at the initial delivery of the vehicle. She took her time to go through EVERYTHING and ensure that we understood all of the features of the vehicle. Since then, questions have come up (especially as things change with software updates) and Cheryl has not missed a beat in swooping in and coming to the rescue. She has continued to make herself available to us and step in and help whenever needed. It is very apparent that Cheryl really enjoys engaging with her customers. She is fantastic at her job and truly a joy to be around. Samantha is also a tremendous asset to the dealership. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient and will bend over backwards to make her customers happy (always with a smile on her face).
