The final agreement in detail to Lease the Car was relatively fast. What took so long was the paperwork and then the final delivery of the car. I wish that process could be substantially reduced as it basically took our entire business day. I still want to recognize the personnel that made our wait pleasurable to a large degree: Samantha Cambridge and her counterpart John were the reason the whole process wasn't much longer as they efficiently yet courteously negotiated the lease deal with us. Ken, Financing Manager, was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient as well but getting to the step of actually sitting with him took a couple of hours. Frankly the best part of this whole waiting ordeal was spending time with Ms. Cheryl Stewart who gave us a tour of all the features in our car and made sure that by the time we left the dealership we were going to thoroughly enjoy our new 2019 Range Rover Sport. When we finally received our Range Rover Sport, it was absolutely perfect. We drove-off the dealership lot with a big smile. This is the second time we have leased a car with AutoNation and look forward to doing it many more times. Please find a way to reduce the car buying process time. More
