Th After coming off of a very bad car buying experience at Audi of Arlington- I was pleasantly surprised by the team at Jaguar Land Rover of Bethesda! They have renewed my faith that leasing a car doesn't have to be a painful experience, it can be the start of a new chapter and a really pleasant exchange when working with the right people. From the very start, the front desk team was friendly and helped quickly locate a salesperson for me- Kevin. He was wonderful to work with, genuine and honest which I really appreciated. He asked me what I cared about and spoke to that, not selling a bunch of BS or pushing me into a car I didn't like or want. He simply said, "what is your budget- let's see if we can make this work". We then test drove the car I liked (which he pulled right out of brand new inventory and literally unwrapped it for me without looking annoyed at all). We went on a great test drive and I fell in the love with the car. Kevin called out pluses and even some feedback from other customers which was refreshing. He really knew the car which made a big different for me in my experience. When we pulled up, he joked with another co-worker and I could tell they all liked working there. When we sat back down, he and the finance manager (John- who came out and said hi to me) made a deal I couldn't refuse and really worked with me on my budget in order to get me into such a great car. When Kevin passed me over to the finance manager, Debbie, it was relatively seamless. She had a similar let's make this work for you mentality and the dealership went above and beyond to help me get out of my old car and into my new one. Already happy and about to drive off with my new ride, they passed me onto Cheryl, to get "Cheryl-fied" as they call it. She walked me through all my new tech and made sure my app worked correctly and I understood all my benefits as a new Jaguar customer. Her energy was such a treat to end this experience on, every company should have a Cheryl! I am going to be a customer for life after how I was treated, my fiance is even excited to bring the car back in for maintenance and car washes. (another benefit!) Thank you so much to the team- I have a new, fresh, outlook on buying a car and would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone. More
