Deb and Sherry help us going the purchase which was very easy.. everything up front all our question were answer and when the time came for me to pick up the car that's when Cherry handed me to Cheryl to assist me with Auto remote starting of my car.. she took one look and when to work excellent I must say, she did a "Fabulous" job - making feel at ease while along setting up the Auto Remote starting app for me, making it simple and easy for me to setup my wife who drives the car. Customer service has been non-existent in many car dealerships but not here. Her help throughout and after the purchase makes you want to come back. She creates a welcoming experience and brings in business She always continues to follow up. This is my second land rover purchase. If I were corporate, I would develop her skills and create a following that is sure to follow. Kudos to Land Rover in Bethesda for having such a professional and helpful customer service that keeps us coming back. She recommended my salesperson, Francisco Reyes, who has been helpful and sold us the last Range Rover. Athan T More

She made time to show me the features of my new Land Rover Discovery, when I did not have an appointment, but stopped by the dealership for something else. She was kind, patient and made me feel part of a family. She was just all around excellent. Scott, the other half of the team did not disappoint either. He came by my home on a Saturday and very patiently went through every feature of my new purchase. He was very helpful in explaining and answering all of my questions. He even made an extra visit to my place of employment to drop off some items. I cannot leave Sherry my sales person out. She was excellent and has been so subsequently. This is the ALLSTAR team Cheryl, Scott & Sherry--and they have made a customer for life! I'm enthusiastic about making my first referrals to this great team! More

It was a stressful long day at the dealership, my spouse and I both purchased our new cars on the same day and were exhausted. Debbie made the financing process very easy and went above and beyond to help us, considering that we were in her office at 11 p.m. She even picked up the title of my trade-in at my house the next day. Cheryl was extremely helpful during the setup process of our new cars! She is very energetic and won't say no to you! These two are stars! More

She goes above and beyond to assist in any way possible and even the things that are not part of her duties, she steps in to assist. I had to call and email a few times to complete some additional details of my purchase and make account changes and she made sure I was contacted right away with the information, resolution,, or with someone else who could assist with the matter. Additionally, she provided my encore tutorial in a thorough manner just at the right speed, ensuring I knew of all the additional features I was not aware of. It was extremely helpful. She is so pleasant to work with. Make sure you ask for Cheryl if you ever visit this dealership. More
