We recently made a purchase from this dealership and I wanted to share our experience. It was an amazing and pleasant experience. She was easy to talk to and helped us find the right car. Samantha was very patient and courteous, she went above and beyond to show us all the available cars, explained to us all the necessary details clearly. She made us feel very comfortable and did not rush us while we were trying to make this big decision. We spent all day and they were all very patient and helped us in every step until we finalized a car to purchase. There was no hassle or any attitude towards us like other Land Rover Dealerships we had visited before. We would highly recommend only talking to Samantha if any of you looking to buy a car at Land Rover Bethesda. The Manager was also very helpful and understanding in terms of giving us a great deal. Big thanks to Cheryl Stewart! She was so friendly and knowledgeable! She demystified my new Range Rover Sport for me. I tried relying on the Range Rover owner's manual/online videos to figure most thi knowledgeable! She demystified my new Range Rover Sport for me. I decided to just walk into the dealership and ask for help (even though we bought the car out-of-state). Cheryl, with a big smile, patiently walked me through the various operations in my car and highlighted things I never would have discovered on my own. Another big plus was the fact that she didn't make me feel like a complete idiot for not knowing how half the things in my brand new car worked:). More
