I live in Buffalo NY. I saw my car on line and fell in love with it. After conducting most of the business in the comforts of my home I flew into Maryland to complete the business and drive away in my dre love with it. My salesman Ernest ( Great Guy) picked us up at the airport. Upon seeing my dream in person I was honestly disappointed .The car had cosmetic issues that a dealership of this caliber should not have missed or ignored. (Quality controls) They fixed most and promised to have the other fixed in my hometown. One other disappointment was a option listed online was not built in this car. ( I don't sit in the backseat anyways but I really anticipated this feature) Nope. 5 1/2 hours later I was off in my new ride. I want to give a special thanks to. Cheryl for taking the time to reassure me and explain all the ends and outs about my car. Honestly if Cheryl hadn't I probably would have been on the first plane out in the morning. Now with all that being said I absolutely love my car. Hopefully they will fulfill their promise. Thanks Cheryl, Thanks Ernest !!!! More

Wife and I got in the car and drove to the dealer we walked in and Alex asked us if we needed help I asked for Brett but said he could help us if he wanted and we are so GLAD he did. Alex Asked if he wanted us to go alone or have him go on the road with us, during the test drive he explained almost ever control on the car showed how it handled in different modes and more. He lead us through the city of Bethesda then took us out on the beltway, Usually salespeople take you on a 5 mile round trip test drive or give the keys and say I’ll see ya when you get back. He is excellent, he’s been selling cars since 2009 and loves what he does you can tell. GO ASK FOR ALEX!!!
