We had to have my wife’s 2026 Velar towed to the dealership for a leaking and loose coolant hose. He offered us a loaner vehicle which we did accept because of the speediness in which the repair would be complete. Once complete he ordered us an Uber to the delearship to pick up the vehicle and explained in detail the work that was performed. The next day he called us to see if the vehicle was performing well because we had told him we were going out of town the next day. We appreciated his attentiveness, professionalism and thoroughness in resolving our issue. More
