I have been a Range Rover purchaser of Range Rover and Range Rover Sport vehicles, six times beginning in 2007. All vehicles, until now, were serviced by a single dealership, although two were purchased Range Rover Sport vehicles, six times beginning in 2007. All vehicles, until now, were serviced by a single dealership, although two were purchased elsewhere. With the latest purchase, a 2024 P400, service and response to this point had been abysmal. I took the vehicle to Alexandria, now at a far superior location, and was DELIGHTED by the experience and relieved to not repeat my experience at the previous service provider. The dealership location and access were also a huge plus. More

I had my RR Velar serviced at Land Rover Alexandria this weekend, and it was a great experience. Tom Rose kept me informed throughout the appointment, and I he provided helpful guidance throughout the servi weekend, and it was a great experience. I would have enthusiastically given 5 stars for this visit, but the online scheduling process was a bit frustrating. I wasn’t able to select the oil/filter service I needed on the website and the chat feature wasn’t effective, so i had to wait a few days until I had time to call the service department and schedule over the phone. The overall customer service was fantastic from that point forward. I hope to get Tom as my service advisor again next time.. More
Thomas was very kind, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. I truly appreciated his positive attitude and willingness to assist. However, I was disappointed that the mechanic was unable throughout my visit. I truly appreciated his positive attitude and willingness to assist. However, I was disappointed that the mechanic was unable to identify that the AC was leaking during my first visit, which caused me to return twice. Aside from this issue, the overall service experience was good. More

Melvin is a very conscientious and efficient service representative who makes every effort to consistently provide exemplary service. He kept me informed during the work process as well as always follows up immediately after the work is completed. Additionally , he checks in weeks later just to ensure things are still going well. Melvin represents your company extremely well and is the only service representative I work with. I don’t know what I would do without him and I hope he remains with your company as long as I am a Range Rover owner. More
