Absolutely amazing customer service. My Jaguar F-Pace SVR was towed to the Jaguar Land Rover Alexandria Dealership overnight on 12/23/2025. After spending the night in Alexandria Va at a local hotel, at 7am I took a Lyft to the Dealership, arriving there at approximately 7:10am to my surprise, my assigned Service Advisor Mr. Tom Rose was already at my vehicle checking my F-Pace SVR in for service to help ensure if there was any chance of getting the repair done in time especially considering it was Christmas Eve. Tom, communicated throughout the entire process. The Showroom Waiting Lounge was spectacular, clean, tech ready, restroom clean-fresh smelling and the overall freindly staff made my time there a very good memory and car guy story to share with fellow car enthusiasts. My F-Pace SVR was successfully repaired which allowed me to continue travel and spend time with my Family on Christmas Day. I am a Military Veteran and it is great to witness such customer service on this level and to be treated like I just purchased a new Range Rover RR Sport SVR. After a year of trying to get it resolved, Tom and Melvin were true professionals who finally solved this issue! Tom went the extra mile and had Melvin come out to my vehicle to help me with setup and ensured my technology issue was truly resolved. I brought my car in on Thursday at 2:20 PM, emphasizing the urgency of getting a diagnosis to the warranty company by the end of the day on Friday. While waiting, I browsed the sales area for a potential second vehicle, but not a single salesperson approached to offer assistance. When I left, I noticed my car parked among many others awaiting service. The following day, I checked my app and saw that my vehicle hadn’t moved. At noon, I called my service advisor, Melvin, who misleadingly told me it had just reached the technician. When I called back at 5 PM for an update, my first attempt went unanswered, and on the second try, I was put through to Melvin, who rushed through the conversation and claimed he needed to gather codes before submitting to the warranty company. I expressed my frustration about the lack of a diagnosis after nearly 24 hours, and he simply responded with an “oh.” I then requested to speak with a manager, and Elaine quickly informed me that my warranty company needed to pay for a loaner vehicle, contradicting my understanding that these were typically offered as a courtesy. She explained that since I had a rental under my warranty, I was ineligible for a courtesy vehicle. I finally received a diagnosis via text on Saturday morning, but no salesperson followed up, leaving me waiting for further communication on Monday. More
Worked with service advisor Ash who provided outstanding customer service. He kept me updated the service I needed. When it was necessary for a loaner he arranged it seamlessly. I’m new to the area and first time bringing my vehicle to Land Rover Alexandria. Tom was my service representative and he was very accompdating. Since I bought my vehicle at another Land Rover where I moved Land Rover Alexandria. Tom was my service representative and he was very accompdating. Tom took the time to call all the warranty companies to confirm if the service I needed was covered under the separate warranties.
