Question the Maintenance Contract I was told that our Maintence Contract was only good for 3 years, and has expired. When I purchased the car, I was told it was good for 6 years or 50 I was told that our Maintence Contract was only good for 3 years, and has expired. When I purchased the car, I was told it was good for 6 years or 50,000 miles. When did this policy change? I'm seriously considering switching to Ford, their C Max model. He has always been upfront with issues, time allowances for repairs, the best way to manage repairs that will be coming up and managing costs. Service manager denied the window repair and claimed it was out of service warranty period, when he promise to fix the problem on the last visit. He said he did not remember ??? WHAT A BIG LIER, I HOPE HE GOES TO CHURCH THIS SUNDAY. How can someone even sleep at night knowing they ripped off a customer. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP !!!! More
