Lancaster Pre-Owned of York

I have bought several used cars (about 5) from Lancaster Pre-owned. The last car I purchased was a Volvo XC 90. I found out after attempting to trade it in for a new lease that it had been involved in THREE Pre-owned. The last car I purchased was a Volvo XC 90. I found out after attempting to trade it in for a new lease that it had been involved in THREE front end impact accidents (not disclosed to me at purchase). Obviously, I was unable to trade it in for the lease as it was worth about 7,000 less than I owed!!! Then about a month later it began leaking oil.... about $800 to fix!!! Even with the warranty I purchased! (what a joke!) I gave them an opportunity to make it right by fixing this issue, and they chose not to. Oh, and I should mention that my driver side door is a slightly different color than the rest of my car!!! Obvi. I did not notice this prior to the purchase! All and all a bad experience. You would think someone who has purchased 5 cars from you in the past 5 years would be a customer worth keeping!!!???!!! More
