Jason quickly understood my needs and explained the various options available that would help meet them. Don't bring your car here for service! Just so we are clear...I never write reviews, but too upset this time not to. This is the 3rd time in a month I have been in the service department. E Just so we are clear...I never write reviews, but too upset this time not to. This is the 3rd time in a month I have been in the service department. Each time they write me down as a drop off. Hey idiots, I said I am bringing it in and waiting with it like 5 times. What happens? When i get there, they say......oh, well I have you down as a drop off, it will be at least 2 hours. Thanks for nothing! I have a 2013 Altima. The shift assembly needs replaced, what?! This is ridiculous! I asked a service person, how often does that usually need replaced, and they tell me it should last the life of the car. Sounds like a recall/defect to me! Wow! And then they charge me for it. My car is only 3 years old! I have liked my car, even with all the recalls, but I most likely won't buy another one. I am going to stop using the service department. Ugh, so disappointed! More
