I found a defect in the paint from the factory and Raul took care of everything from scheduling the paint repairs to making sure I had a loaner ready for me to use. Unfortunately when the Truck was done I found some scratches that needed some attention by the recon shop. We are still working through this issue but I can say that I have been assured that it will be taken care of until I am completely satisfied. Five Star dealership Thursday I wanted a 2017 rogue and the next day Friday I was driving home in the new vehicle. I just let them know what I wanted and the price I could afford and they were able to get the exact vehicle I wanted. I went there Friday and they explained everything about the vehicle, set me up in financing within a half an hour I was driving home in my new vehicle.
