James, we reviewed your service history records and found no previous reference to this condition or failing component. Upon your request, you asked us to identify a noise coming from the steering which we diagnosed as originating from the front transmission. Your frustration is obvious that a component on the vehicle will need to be addressed but to claim we are acting unethical by answering the call to your request seems misguided and unnecessary. Explain to me how your factory trained technicians never mentioned the same clicking noise coming from the transmission when the car had less than a 100k and was still under warranty. Apparently that same noise was “completely normal” back then.
