Steven, the service advisor, came to t I took my Santa Fe to Lancaster Hyundai tonight for what I thought was going to be just a routine oil change. Steven, the service advisor, came to the customer waiting area and showed me rather filthy cabin and air filters which were noticed during that oil change. He also noted my tires hadn’t been rotated since the 7500 mile checkup and my car now has 25000 miles on it. There were a few other things he suggested. I feel like he went above and beyond my expectations with servicing my vehicle and was not at all pushy. He let me choose which work I wanted done and on my own time schedule. Thank you for being thorough with the servicing of my car! More
