While the Dealership, per se, is excellent -- the service department is (at best) highly confused and disorganized. Twice in a row, they have tried to deny my free scheduled maintenance. Whether this is because they can't seem to keep their records straight, are putting the wrong mileage stickers inside the car, or (at worst) running some type of scam remains to be seen. If you're recently bought a vehicle from this dealer ignore the copious emails Hyundai will send you about when it's time to get serviced, ignore the messages that come up on your dashboard, and get EVERYTHING in writing, More

My experience was less than ideal. I have a certified preowned car that I bought from lancaster Hyundai. The engine started knocking. My car was to be covered under the 10 year 100,000 mile warranty. I spent almost 2 months without a car waiting for it to be fixed. Initially we were told it wasn’t necessarily going to be covered because we didn’t have all the oil changes at the dealership. They said they had no loaners for us and could not help us with a rental either. We finally got approval and it included 10 days of rental at $35/day. No car for a week shy of two months and 10 days only of a rental that we will have to submit paperwork for reimbursement that could take up to 120 days. The service person in charge said well I have 45 other engines I’m dealing with and there are a lot of people in your situation. How is this ok??? How do you expect people to go without transportation for almost 2 months and only give the 10 days of reimbursement. I felt they lacked compassion or any sense of urgency. I will never buy a car from them again. More
