I was very pleased with my service at Hyundai today. I had 2 important recalls done, inspection and and an oil change at no charge. Even though it was a long appointment, about 2 hours, I had a lot done on my 2011 Elantra which I absolutely love and have never had any serious issues with it. This senior lady is very happy! More

Our Elantra was brought in for warranty oil leak repairs. They fixed some leaks but there was still a major component leak present. After emailing the service manager, he was unwilling to help fix t repairs. They fixed some leaks but there was still a major component leak present. After emailing the service manager, he was unwilling to help fix the problem and unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone come to this dealer for any type of service, especially warranty. I was basically told that because i am not a cash customer that i do not deserve the same level of service. Fluids, tire pressures were not checked. The MPI was not completed and returned to me, but they were more than willing to upsell brakes. Apalling service and shoddy workmanship being backed up by a clueless manager! More

First time using this facility after receiving notification from Hyundai on a service to undercoat body of car. Due to a misunderstanding on both of our communications a yearly inspection was co notification from Hyundai on a service to undercoat body of car. Due to a misunderstanding on both of our communications a yearly inspection was completed w/o my request to do so. They were extremely kind and after explaining the situation I was not charged for the inspection. I am now considering using them for future inspections. Everyone was very nice and I feel they would be very good to deal with in the future. More
