I lucked out in selecting them for my Hyundai Palisade. The salesperson I talked with over the phone and via email, Chris Bragg, is an excellent communicator and very pleasant to work with. He was very attentive to my requests and made sure my questions were answered. Unfortunately, Chris was out the day I drive 2 hours from my home in Maryland to take delivery of the Palisade. Fortunately, Matt Harnish was there at the dealership and took the time to help me with my questions on the SUV and with my test drive, even though the dealership was short-staffed that day. I would highly recommend both him and Chris to anyone interested in a new or pre-owned Hyundai vehicle. They were very professional and listened carefully to my wants and needs.
