Always a painless and pleasant experience having my truck taken care of at Lancaster Dodge. Service at the counter and in the garage is top notch, concerns are seen to in a timely manner as possible and have taken care of at Lancaster Dodge. Picked up my new charger (love the car) the plastic protecting the dashboard gages was smudged on the inside. Should not have been delivered that way in my opinion. So I called service could not get a return call so talked to my sales rep and he finally got the service manager to call back. Explained what happened sent pics and he ordered new cluster cover. That work was done last Saturday 4/27 The new cluster is fixed and looks great. That night I realized one of my AC/Heat vents was floating and unattached. It was apparent that when fixing the cluster they forgot to re-attach the vent. I called to let the Denis the service manager on Monday morning was told he would be in around 10:40a heard nothing so called back at 2p was put through to voice mail didn’t hear anything back. Called back about 3:40 was put through to his voice mail. Did not leave another message. The reason I called was that I was going to be in the Lancaster area on Wed 5/1 but could switch to 5/2. Never heard anything. I finally called my salesman Rafael explained the situation and what happened (I appreciated his listening to me) he said he could try to get me an appointment but decided I would try to have it fixed locally here in Allentown. When I purchased my car I didn’t realize that my inspection stickers were 7 months old. I brought this to denis attention when I was there he said because I picked up the car already nothing he could do! He said if I noticed before they could have fixed it. When I first purchased the car I was eager to find out about tire rotation and anything else he could tell me about the car this being my first dodge and it being a 6.4 liter engine. I got the info on the tires and little else. I really got the sense I was a bother. This is not easy for me to write I have bought many many cars in my life and never had an issue with a service area. I’m not looking to cause trouble for anyone but I feel the situation will not improve unless I speak up. More
