LCM was very receptive to my two only requests for the service on 12/12/24. Normally the service area people want to put the window down, I always ask that it not be, we had a rain the night before and t service on 12/12/24. They complied on both. My service advisor informed me of an issue I was not aware of, the cabin filter was very bad and I always noticed a wet dog type smell after a rain, they replaced along with the oil change and tire rotation.
