I made an appointment online (11/1/2023) to bring my truck in for service. I listed all of the items I would like completed. They included an oil change, fuel filter service, transmission service, cha truck in for service. I listed all of the items I would like completed. They included an oil change, fuel filter service, transmission service, chassis lube, driveline service, differential inspection, recall inspection (2nd time), TPMS repair/replacement, rear camera repair/replacement, power window switch repair/replacement. My vehicle is a 2018 RAM 2500 Diesel with only 50,000ish miles. I purchased a Mopar 5 year bumper to bumper extended warranty when I purchased my truck. The service personnel told me that they would need to charge me $200 for each diagnosis before they would determine any of the repair items are covered. I was quoted over $1,700 for the service and diagnosis! The only thing that was completed was the oil change and fuel filter service which was almost $600! I was never told if parts were ordered, if any repairs were covered, if the recall was needed. I was told they would not service my transmission because there were not enough miles. I explained that I towed trailers and wanted a service. They told me that I would need to leave my truck for a "day or two" if I wanted that work done. I live 20 miles from the dealership so that wasn't going to happen. I was called by the dealership a few days later asking how my service was. I told the lady on the phone everything. She stated that she would get the service manager on the phone right away. I was left on hold (ignore) for several minutes before the line finally disconnected. If you have made it this far in the review, heed this warning.....DO NOT USE LAMPE for service! More

This review is ONLY about this review. David our service writer was terrible. I would call to get a status update and have to leave a voicemail. Then he would not return my call. I had called one day and the receptionist informed me that David was out that day, but would have someone return my call. I received a call from Kenneth whom was great. He informed me that the shifter was not the only problem as David had told me. It was the electrical module too. So when I was informed that my car was done I asked if Kenneth was going to be there the following day because that is the day I was going to get it. Kenneth was there and I told him he did a great job but I don’t want to work with David. He lied to me and never returned any of my calls. Kenneth apologized and said if there is anything he could assist me with in the future he would be happy to do so. More
I took my jeep in for an oil change. They changed my oil, rotated the tires and thier inspection, or did they?
