Great service! The Service Department was great!! Took my car in at the appointed time, had estimated the length of time needed for the service and warranty work. The Service Department was great!! Took my car in at the appointed time, had estimated the length of time needed for the service and warranty work. They were done before the estimated time and returned my car to the front of the dealership when it was done. When I paid for the service and was handed back my key, the service person (Kevin) thanked me for coming in. While I was waiting, the salesman who sold me our Escape (and F150) (Mike Tatro) came and visited with me for several minutes. Always a pleasant experience when I visit Lamoille Valley Ford. More

Service Dept- had one recall on that car that would be rather lengthy - I was given a loaner car - several other small warranty were taken care of at my regular service appointments -- I was a happy car owner --- this spring ( 2018 ) time to trade cars -- Mike Tatro walked me through the process of trading in the 2013 Explorer for a 2018 Explorer ( Mike made that so much easier with his knowledge and patience with me ) now I'm enjoying my new Explorer knowing L.V.F.and a very knowledgeable staff are there to service and maintain it More

Mike also followed up 2 days later to ensure I was pleased with my car and to assure me that LVF will be there in the future for any of my needs.
