Crawfords Ford F150 It was a straight forward buying experience. We asked what they had for trucks with the options we were looking for. We test drove and liked the truck It was a straight forward buying experience. We asked what they had for trucks with the options we were looking for. We test drove and liked the truck. They offered a fair price for my trade and after thinking about it for a few days we decided to go with Lamoille. When we arrived, Chris had the paperwork ready and after about 15 minutes of completing that paperwork we spent about 15 minutes more with the Finance person (who's name escapes me at the moment) who also explained some warranty options, Then we spent about 15 minutes going over the options in the truck with Chris, setting up the app on our phones, etc. and that's it.... we were driving home in our new Ford F150. The experience seemed smooth and most importantly didn't feel high pressure of slimy. We left feeling that Lamoille Valley is committed to customer service while we own the ford and that it wasn't just a sale. I hope that holds true. More
