We expect a positive and fair experience each time we need a vehicle. Sometimes, though, circumstances call for an "above-and-beyond" effort--our latest purchase was just that. I was in an accident just one day before leaving to teach a field program and had no idea how I was going to manage insurance, towing, and the purchase of a new truck from a distance. My wife stepped in and said she would call Lamoille Valley and working together, they would figure it out. You can't imagine what a relief it was knowing that Lamoille Valley, specifically Mike Tatro, had our back. I am now driving a new rig and my old rig is on the way to the collision center for repairs with a plan in place to help me decide what to do with it once it is repaired. My wife laid out my needs in a vehicle and Mike matched them perfectly, so far, I am very happy with my new F-150. Lamoille Valley Ford continues to represent strong community values in our county, we are really lucky they are here. More

Lamoille Valley And The Biggest Gems In The Ford Crown I am not only a senior citizen, but also an ornery, grumpy, exiguous one at that. Mike Pinard and Rick Welcome hold Doctorates ( I am a retired Prof I am not only a senior citizen, but also an ornery, grumpy, exiguous one at that. Mike Pinard and Rick Welcome hold Doctorates ( I am a retired Professor so that comparison makes sense to me) in how to deal with characters like me. I went back and forth like a swing trying to make a decision, and both reprs were so patient with me, not "pushy", not critical, and very empathetic. This is not my first rodeo with Lamoille Valley Ford; I think this is the third vehicle I have acquired from them over the years. I live 90 miles from the dealership (round trip milles), and pass by another Ford dealership on the way whose name I will not mention, but it's in Newport, Vermont. About 50 years ago (when I was around 35 years old and poor, unimportant, and not dressed in a suit and tie, one day I went into that particular Newport business. They were very rude to me, and I swore I would not ever cross their threshold again. You will note that I will drive 90 miles to keep that promise). Lamoille Valley Ford, Mr. Keene,, Rick and Mike and Mr. Keene are an enormous credit to the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. I was there on a particularly trying day for them because the adjacent river was threatening to flood again, and yet they were conducting business as if a near-disaster was just another day on the farm. I particularly want to mention Mike Pinard because Mr. Welcome's position in the dealership and community is so strong that praising him is comparable to a parish priest telling the Pope to be more religious., i.e., he doesn't need any praise from me although he merits it. Mike was not born to be a salesperson, and therefore he has had to learn this rôle, and he has mastered it. The day in the not too distant future because of his demeanor, education, and personality Mike is going to be a Sales Manager somewhere, and if you want to keep him, I'd suggest you continue to treat him very well so he'll stay on with you. Ford has two employee crowns on its collective head, and Mike,Rick, (and Mr. Keene) wear the principal gems in that diadem. I enjoy going to "my" Ford dealership, and how many customers can say that? Carry on as you are doing, and success will continue to pound on your door. Norman Rioux More
