Unexpected but great! We had an unexpected brake caliper issue on our 2017 Ford Explorer on a Saturday. We stopped at the dealership to leave it off to be worked on the fo We had an unexpected brake caliper issue on our 2017 Ford Explorer on a Saturday. We stopped at the dealership to leave it off to be worked on the following week. While there, we "built" and ordered our new 2020 Explorer to have it delivered in time for when our current lease ends in September. As always, it was a great experience with courteous, professional people. We got our Explorer fixed and back home on Tuesday, and we look forward to getting our new one when it arrives.
