This is a ultra-premium dealership and my expectation was at that level. Unfortunately despite taking a full week to do oil change and alignment, when my car was serviced, the technician didn’t properly tigh at that level. Unfortunately despite taking a full week to do oil change and alignment, when my car was serviced, the technician didn’t properly tighten bolt my cars floor panels on both sides. So bits fell off inside the car and the road. When I called the advisor, he replied that “I might have picked up some debris in the road” so I had to send pictures of the under panel showing missing and lose bolts. The dealer then apologized and sent for my car to be serviced, but they refused to pay for Uber for me to pick it up. I sum, first job was clumsy. The advisor didn’t believe me about the issue so I had ti provide picture prof of the problems, the car was picked up and serviced but I had to pay for Uber to pick the car up. An ultra premium dealer must strive for a higher service standard. More
